This house is a three story, two bedroom residence, with the third level being a full covered deck where your Sims can relax and enjoy the ocean view from any direction. The island includes a personal private beach, a separated mini island with a fire walk pit, a beautiful pool and spa area, a spacious back patio, a dock already set with a boat and jet ski, and, of course, the main house itself. This is the first home in the Private Island Paradise series, a house built on it's own little island that can be placed anywhere in the ocean on a 64圆4 size lot.
